Secretary of MIA Captain C. M. Randhir said that even most of the officers do not bother to attend meetings though grievances are sent well in advance, but again there is a one way dialogue from association representatives, it is expected that officers should come with the solution, rather than repeating the same matter without resolving it. The representatives travel thousands of kilometers spending valuable time and money but it does not make any difference to these officers. This is a pure mockery of the system, Capt. Randhir said painfully.
