Introducing the subject Dr. Chari highlighted on two processes in mind “Perception” and “Attitude”. “Perception” is related to input mind receives and attitude is the outflow of mind, reaction of thoughts he conceives. While managing people one can change perception of recipient but cannot change his attitude unless “Perception” is changed. Thus to get success in managing people one needs skill to change “Perception” of person. Similarly one must have flexible “Perception” to have positive attitude thereby positive response from your object.
