Shri Ramnarayan Palel, BSNL Chief visited MIA (MIDC Industries Association) Hingna. He was accompanied by Addl. GM Ms. Namratta Tiwari, DGM (Adm & Planning) Mr. N. K. Naktode & other officials from BSNL. In his address, Principal General Manager BSNL, Mr. Patel said that he envisages lot of potential customers in MIDC Hingna area and therefore he has made Hingna MIDC as a topmost priority sector to address their issues and provide an unmatchable service of communication.
On latest upgraded service of BSNL he elaborated that Optical Fiber Service is the latest technology which provides unlimited speed to internet users which is the need of the hour. The customer should have required equipments to match the speed they need through this Optical Fiber Service. Copper cabling is an obsolete system which has its own limitations in terms of quality service and gradually it is being replaced by OFC (Optical Fiber Services), he further elaborated. He gave a patient hearing to the individual problems and collected the written complaints personally. He assured the members that he will have a personal follow up of these problems and ensure that they are resolved at the earliest. This proactive approach of BSNL chief encouraged MIA members to give BSNL services as their first priority while selecting the communication system in this era of multiple competitive services available.
Earlier President of MIA Shri Mayank Shukla while welcoming the BSNL Chief and their officials, said that he is overwhelmed with the approach of PGMT, Shri Patel and expressed his confidence that now customers can trust BSNL services with such a dynamic personality at the helm of affairs at Nagpur. The programme was conducted by Secretary of MIA Capt. C. M. Randhir and power point presentation on upgraded services of BSNL and its different tariff plan was given by Shri H. N. Tipre, Sub Divisional Engineer.
