Secretary Capt. C. M. Randhir introduced the following Entrepreneur Excellence Awardees:
- Shri Subrota Mitra of Associated Engineers, who started his business in a rented small premises with a turnover of meagre few lakhs and in a span of about 25 yrs reached the turnover of 15 crores. His expertise is in Chemical plants and equipments related to explosive material.
- Shri Yogendra Yadav of Yogeshwar Packers who could not continue his studies beyond schooling rose from a small worker to an industrialist dealing in packaging material and have a turnover of more than 5 crores today.
- Shri Nagraj Reddy of V. S. Auto Tech Pvt. Ltd. is one of the important vendor for Mahindra & Mahindra supplying more than 250 parts required in Tractor assembly. His turnover of more than 22 crores as a vendor this is a remarkable achievement.

Past Presidents Shri D. K. Tapadia, Shri S. Ramlingam, Shri Rajeev Pande, Shri M. Shivkumar, Shri Chander Khosla, Shri S. K. Mitra & Shri D. N. Gupta were honoured by the President Shri Mayank Shukla. Their contribution to the association and achievement during their tenure were presented by the M.O.C’s.
In the address by Key Note Speaker Dr. Suresh Chari, which mesmerized the audience with his out performing oratory skills, stressed upon the EQ (Emotional Quotient) in the today’s world in comparison to the traditional concept of IQ (Intelligence Quotient). He elaborated how EQ can promote positive attitude in human’s nature and benefit the second generation to share the business burden of his predecessor.
Chief Guest Dr. Satish Wate, as a research scholar, elaborated on the importance of R & D in the industrial activity. The use of R & D (Research and Development) and updating oneself not only enables him to make optimum use of resources and give a quality product to survive in the competitive market. As an environmentalist he believes that what ever we use as resource is generated from environment and therefore we have to protect it and use it judicially. This is our social responsibility too.
Chief Guest & Key Note Speaker were introduced by Shri Arun Lanjewar & Vote of thanks was proposed by Treasurer Shri Shekhar Bendre.
